Lab users (with the appropriate privileges) can add other lab users by following the steps in How do I add a new lab user? . This is often valued by services as a good way to delegate the user management to the individual groups inside your organization.
But as a service user (with the appropriate privileges), you can also add new users by following one of the processes below:
1) Process one - create users without assigning any privileges
1.1) Click on More > Users
1.2) Click on Add user
1.3) Fill in the information in the facebox and then click "Save".
2) Process two - create users and immediately assign grant privileges
2.1) Go to Orders > Privileges
2.2) Choose the PI of the desired grant
2.3) You will see the grant privileges through the perspective of the Lab PI
2.4) Click Add user on the top left of the table
2.5) Fill in the relevant user information, assign proper privilege to each grant and submit the form.
2.6) The user will receive an email asking him to login to LabOrders.
