Once you finished preparing the payment request, you can review and edit the contents with the following steps:
1) Please ensure you have followed the previous step and clicked the PR lines button for the payment request you intend to review.
This will take you to a table with all the expenses currently linked with this payment request.
2) Each line will show you an expense and the documents associated with that expense.
a) You can quickly confirm that al the required documents are available by looking a the first column and confirming there are three entries:
E - stands for the Expense document
I - for the Invoice
P - for the Payment
If you click on one of the letters you will be taken to the relevant document details.
b) The rest of the columns contain other key information you will need to submit your Payment request.
3) Moving unpaid expenses to another Payment request is often the first task you will want to do.
a) To do this click on the filter option on the top of the table and under Execution, select Unpaid.
b) Select all the lines you want to move (you can do this quickly by using the select all option on top of the table, and then click the Move / Copy button.
c) On the bottom of the new form, select Move lines and choose the Payment request you would like to move the lines to (probably your next PR, that should already be in the open state, if you have been following these steps).
Click Submit.
d) You will now be left with the expenses that have been paid. If you need to move any other line, you can simply repeat the process above for that line.
4) To edit the information in a given line (for example to correct or complete the expense justification), click on the Actions arrow on the line, and select Edit...
You will be able to edit the fields in the following form.
⚠ If you change a field for which the information was obtained from an ERP document, LabOrders will alert you to this difference in the interface. Similarly, if the content of the ERP changes, you will be able to quickly confirm the new value, without losing all your work.
5) If you need to delete a line from your report (and you don't want to move it to another Payment request), you can click the Edit... option and then uncheck the Active check-box.
6) When you are happy with all the content in your payment request lines you can move to the next step of exporting the information to the funding agency format.
