If your institution is using the Stocks management module in LabOrders, as a user you will be able to:
- Manage stocks levels both at the lab/group or at the institutional level.
- Keep track of relevant information about particular products and batches, including lot number, location, status and add notes or attach files.
- Set alerts for minimum quantities and expiration dates.
- Add items to stock from a requisition or re-order items from a stock batch entry, via the LabOrders Orders functionalities (when available).
- Identify clearly who did what and when, via the built-in audit-trail of all events.
