If you have the proper privileges in that Stockroom, you can add products from your orders directly to your stockroom.
This is a 2-steps process.
1) Go to Orders > Orders list.
2) Chose the product you want to add to stock and click "Actions" menu on the order line, followed by Add to stock...
2) If the brand reference (brand catalog nr.) already exists in a Stockroom, LabOrders will ask you to ensure they are the same product. If so, you can click Add to this stockroom product >>.
3) If the product you wish to add to your stockroom is a new one, you can use the information from the order to pre fill the registration form. You will need to indicate the owner and the stockroom where this product will be and click Create stockroom product.
4) A new facebox will appear, allowing you to create the batch correspondent to the product that you are adding. This happens regardless you are creating a new product or adding a batch to an existing one.
⚠ Note: The stock unit may differ from the commercial unit.
For example, you might buy a unit of the product A that (that corresponds to a pack of 6 bottles) but you want the stock unit to be each bottle. This will give rise to 6 quantities when adding to stock.

5) Click Add batch.
6) The product line on the orders request will now have a link directing you to the product in question in your Stockroom.
On the stock list side, you will have the paper icon indicating that that specific batch is related to a certain requisition.
