If your institution is using the Timesheets functionalities in LabOrders, as a service user you will be able to:
- Indicate which users will submit timesheet activities for which projects.
- Plan and easily monitor the total hours in each Project and Work Package in the current month and the cumulative values since the project began for all users.
- Edit your institution's statutory holidays and closed days, and monitor or edit all users vacations.
- Confirm what timesheets have been submitted, approved or validated by which users.
- And many other activities like exporting reports for given time periods or calculating salary costs to be submitted in a given projects (together with our Project Management - Payment requests functionalities).

The rest of this section guides you through the setup of the timesheets management functionalities for a typical project in LabOrders. Since LabOrders adapts to each institution individual processes, it is possible that some of the screens in what follows don't exactly match what you see in your institution.
