If you have completed Step 2, you should see the Timesheet planning you just created in the table at Projects> Timesheet planning & privileges.
An alert sign warns that there are no work packages associated with this Timesheet plan.
1) To add work packages to this Timesheet plan, click the LabOrders arrow on the right side of the line and select the Add work package option.
2) On the facebox you can enter the details of the work package:
⚠ Note: the start and end dates and duration in PMs are optional fields, but if set they will help you manage the execution better and reduce mistakes when filling the timesheets.
3) Click the Save button when done.
4) Your new work package will show below the Timesheet planning line.
You can repeat theses steps to add more work packages to your Timesheet planning.
5) From this moment the users will be able to report activities in this grant by following the instructions on how to complete and submit a Timesheet.
